You now how when you speak slang people pretty much know what you mean? But when you type it, it can look totally wrong... and like you're remedial? I was tyring to type the shortened slang of usual as "use," but that just spells USE and doesn't sound like "use." How do you spell "use?"!!! Here are some of my attempts:

I would say Ushe....but if I was reading that I'm not sure I would know what you meant. Unless you write with a lot of slang...then I may be thinking along that line and 'get' it.
You use "use" as a slang word for usual? I don't get it. I know totes for totally, but I have never heard use.
I understand your frustration! Slang is so lazy but very common. It's difficult to keep it separate from the professional world.
